1. Purpose
These terms of use govern the use of the ferrflow.com website (the "Site") and the FerrFlow command-line tool distributed free of charge by Bryan Ferrando — sole proprietor (Entrepreneur individuel) trading as FerrLabs, SIREN 104 243 951.
2. Nature of the service
FerrFlow is a semantic versioning tool distributed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL-2.0). The source code and full licence text are available at github.com/FerrLabs/FerrFlow. FerrFlow is provided free of charge, without any warranty, express or implied.
3. No warranty
The FerrFlow software is provided "as is" (AS-IS). Bryan Ferrando — FerrLabs warrants neither the absence of defects, nor fitness for a particular purpose, nor continuity of service of the Site.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by French law, Bryan Ferrando — FerrLabs shall under no circumstances be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, the inability to use, or bugs in FerrFlow or the Site, including loss of data or revenue.
5. Intellectual property
The FerrFlow source code is distributed under the terms of the MPL-2.0 licence. The "FerrLabs" and "FerrFlow" trademarks, as well as the editorial content of the Site (texts, graphics, logos), remain the exclusive property of Bryan Ferrando — FerrLabs.
6. Personal data
The Site collects no personal data beyond server logs (30-day retention, legal basis: legitimate interest, security). See the privacy policy.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lille in case of professional dispute.
