Privacy policy — FerrFlow

This policy describes the personal data collected by FerrLabs (Bryan Ferrando, sole proprietor, SIREN 104 243 951) acting as data controller for the marketing site ferrflow.com, in accordance with the GDPR.

Scope

This policy covers ferrflow.com only. The FerrFlow CLI binary runs entirely on your machine and does not contact FerrLabs servers — no telemetry, no error reporting, no usage stats. Account, billing and team management on app.ferrlabs.com are governed by the canonical FerrLabs privacy policy.

Data collected

  • Server logs: IP address, user-agent, timestamps and requested URLs, kept for 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
  • No cookies: ferrflow.com sets no cookie. The only client-side storage in use is the browser localStorage for remembering your language preference.
  • No analytics: no audience tracker, no marketing pixel, no third-party script.

  • Operation and security of the marketing site.
  • Compliance with legal obligations.

  • Legitimate interest (6.1.f) for security and server logs.
  • Legal obligation (6.1.c) where applicable.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction of processing.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Data Protection Officer (DPO)

FerrLabs has not appointed a DPO. This is not required for a sole proprietorship that does not carry out large-scale processing of sensitive data (GDPR art. 37).

Transfers outside the European Union

No transfer of personal data is made outside the European Union for this site. Hosting is operated by OVH SAS in France.
